  American style "Steam Beer".  An ale brewed in the American post-prohibition way using Northern Brewer hops. Was our Summer seasonal but is now a permanent feature diue to popular request!

Rich golden ale, complex and satisfying, the malts evident but giving way to the triple hop addition to give a spicy and slightly citrus finish.

Darker in colour, darker in taste, with echoes of the eighteenth century, deep red with a hint of coffee, velvety smooth and rich in malt - not for the faint hearted!
